1.1 To participate in online auctions you must be a registered user. Registration takes place through the appropriate page of the Platform which requires the online compilation of the Name and Surname, email address and password for access.
1.2 Users must comply with all reasonable indications and instructions relevant to an Online Auction given by Dissegna Sports Distribution Srl on the dedicated Platform page. If, with the occasion of an Online Auction, situations arise that are not provided for by these General Conditions, or disputes arise between Users or other incidents, Dissegna Sports Distribution Srl has the right to temporarily or permanently prevent at any time, before, during or after an Auction online, the Offer of Users on Lots.
1.3 Dissegna Sports Distribution Srl, at its discretion, has the right to remove an Offer in an Online Auction in course if it deems it necessary, for example in case of possible abuse or fraud and in case of obvious error on the part of the bidder.
1.4 You can participate in an Auction in online for the entire period of time determined on the Online Platform. The minimum amount by which the User must increase a Bid depends on the maximum Bid currently valid. The minimum additional amounts of the Offer are mentioned on the Online Platform. If, during the last minute of the Online Auction, another Bid is made, additional time will be added to the Online Auction, as in a real auction.
1.5 It is believed that whoever makes an Offer is always the person holder of the Account through which the Offer is received. Therefore the User is always bound towards Dissegna Sports Distribution Srl made through his Account, even if it was done through his Account by a third party.
1.6 The Buyer acknowledges and accepts that, if a Reserve Price has been adopted, no Purchase Agreement can be concluded in the event of a Maximum Offer lower than the Reserve Price.
1.7 Except for if the exceptions to the right of withdrawal are not applicable, an Offer made is unconditional and irrevocable. The User cannot rely on typing errors or errors to justify his claim.
1.8 The Purchase Agreement is concluded following the Automatic Award performed by the software at the end of the life period of the Online Auction.
1.9 Once the Online Auction has closed, the Buyer will receive an automatic e-mail message with instructions to create the order and then complete the online purchase.
1.10 The Acquirenete, within two (2) days from the end of the Online Auction, is required to create the online order through which it communicates the method of payment and shipment. If transport costs are foreseen, they will be automatically calculated in the order.
1.11 The purchase order created will be processed by Dissegna Sports Distribution Srl like any other online order , with the same delivery and payment methods provided by the e-commerce site.
1.12 The User acknowledges and accepts the special circumstances that may affect an internet auction and defects, technical or otherwise, that may occur to you. Mention here as an example - without limitation - is the total or partial impossibility of accessing the Online Platform, the impossibility of submitting an Offer or submitting it in good time, failures or defects of the Online Platform, or of the hardware, of the network or software functional to it. It is also possible that maintenance work on the Online Platform or the underlying system may prevent or restrict access to or the timely submission or submission of an Offer. Dissegna Sports Distribution Srl is never responsible for damages that the User has to suffer as a result of such defects, technical or otherwise.
